Thank you to all who have donated money, time, food and support for the 2009 fundraising efforts of our community library! You are making a positive difference in the lives of our community members by helping to preserve the library that has served the greater community for 65 years.
The recent state budget cuts means 20% less in our state aid for 2010. We will receive $24,000.00 toward our $105,000.00 needed to operate. We hope that you enjoy the fundraising programs that we provide and the welcoming atmosphere of the library facility enough to continue contributing to the library. Please consider increasing your annual gift to the Library to help us make up the shortfall in state aid. For your convenience, we have added the ability to make your donation through our web site using JustGive, if you prefer an electronic donation. Of course, checks are always welcome. Please check the EVENTS page for details of our 2010 fundraising programs.

The Board of Trustees meets at 7:00 PM on the first Thursday of every month except January and July. You are welcome to attend and anyone interested in joining the board, or the Friends of the Library, please contact us at 724-947-9780 or
