Programs and Events

Kids' Activities

ABC Club

Meets every Tuesday from 10 am-12 pm

The children, ages 2 through 5 years, will enjoy preschool enrichment and learning activities taught by a certified preschool teacher. 
The cost is $10 a week. 
Please contact the library to reserve a space.

Build It Club:

Meet the second Wednesday of the month to build and create with Legos, K’ Nex, blocks, and much more. The Build It Club started this year with much success. For children ages 8 and up, $5.00 per class.

Story Hour

Meets every Thursday from 10:00am-11:00am.

Themed activities include a story, craft, and snack for 3-5 year olds.

Instructional Tutoring:

Meets every Thursday from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Adults' Activities & Programs

Book Club: Meets once a month to discuss a specific book.

All are welcome to attend.

The  book club will meet on November 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. They will be discussing "Little Heathens: Hard Times and High Spirits on an Iowa Farm During the Great Depression

Quilt Group
Meets the second Thursday each month  from 1 to 3 p.m. to learn and share for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome.


Tai Chi Classes: Meets every Thursday at 11am. Tai Chi consists of a series of slow & focused movements. For all skill levels, feel free to join the class any time. $10/class. No payment for missed classes.
